IVMHO-Gambia held a one-day Volunteers Orientation training, which welcomed new volunteers willing to strive for mental health voluntarism in the Gambia through various projects:
1. Home Care Support
2. Community mental health awareness
3. Psycho-education in Schools
5. Psycho-drama & Psycho-media
Volunteering is one of the most meaningful experiences a person can have, combating depression and loneliness and making people feel connected to their community. That is why it has become so important to offer volunteer opportunities, especially at the corporate level. We welcome our news Volunteers “No one is more cherished in this world than someone who lightens the burden of another. Thank you.”
